Friend: Najiha

We had a surprise visit from Uncle Shawal. He came with Aunty Farha and their 2 kids. I’ve met Afiq, the older brother, a few times. But for Najiha, his younger sis, this was my second meeting with her. And my, has she grown big. She looked so cute! But of course, not as cute as me though …hihhihih.

One thing I have to admit, her smile was infectious. Her coyness was just adorable. I don’t think I can ever match that, I’m too sociable!

Grabby Hands : Challenge 1

I finally took up MakLongSha's challenge (see Grabby Hands below) ... I grabbed papa's wallet today. Unluckily for me, big bro saw me and took it away. Well, at least one of papa's cards has been slimed by my drool. That's my ownership trademark.

Thanks again MakLongSha for your very helpful suggestion.

I need harder challenges now.

Baby Bites

All those drooling and biting have not gone wasted. My mouth became so itchy, that I resorted to biting my own arm when I couldn’t find my teether. And I had drool dripping down my arms. How’s that for a gross-out?

Mama has just informed me that I’ve sprouted yet another 2 more tooth. That makes it … more than I can ever count… hihihihi.

Rock me Amadeus!

Recently, papa brought out mama's electronic keyboard from the store. It seems big sis was bitten by the musical bug when she kept on playing with my apple music board which I received for my birthday. So a good enough reason for mama to push papa to get her keyboard from storage.

So when nobody was looking, I climbed up the chair and played my version of Twinkle, Twinkle Little Stars. It sounded good to me, by my standards of course but everyone else was shouting for me to stop playing, whilst big bro came and carried me away from my music.

How can they expect me to become good if they keep getting me out of the chair? hummpfff.

Sweet Babies

Sugar
& Spice & Everything Nice
Mama received these pictures in her email the other day. At first, I thought they were tiny babies, but when mama told me they were made from icing sugar, I told her she must be pulling my leg. They looked so lifelike!

Grabby hands

Mama is now more vigilant on me … well, since I realized that being taller and adding the art of tip-toeing, I could grab stuff at heights that I could never previously reach.

Just yesterday, my grabby hands splattered big bro’s plate of rice. Other incidents like grabbing mama’s handphone from the top of the console, or papa’s calculator from his desktop.

Now, I’m carefully plotting of what to grab next. Any grand ideas anyone?

Cousin Fynna

I was so happy to meet up with my new cousin Fynna last weekend. She looks smaller since the last time I saw her. Maybe it’s the lost of baby fat that’s making her look … eerrr well, smallish.

The moment I saw her laying on her cot I had to touch her. She’s so cute! You know how adults like to pinch a baby’s cheeks.

I tried to climb over but lack of height proved to be my undoing. MakLongSha and Along knew what I was trying to do, but because I had been unsuccessful, they didn’t bat an eyelid.

Papa was somewhere behind me, you know … just in case, whilst mama was somewhere acting nonchalant, ready with her camera phone. Haha … She got it wrong if she thinks that I’m going to do something dramatic.

Sliders

We went to the nearby playground today. I’ve been there loads of time. But being too small, my idea for fun would be running around the twisted mess of fun stuff.

However, today’s play time was not as expected. Papa decided to try me on the slide. I was apprehensive at first. Papa had to nudge me just to climb the small flight of steps. Big bro then tried cajoling me to get me ready at the top of the slide. As I looked down the slippery path of doom, I began to tense up, it looked really scary!

Staring doom in the face, I did the slide of faith. And found the ride exhilarating! … Hahahah! I laughed at Danger!

After sliding for a few more times, I didn’t need any prompting to go to the top of the slide again.

3500 Hits

The words of wisdom are back everyone. I have scaled the highest mountain to find the brightest swamis, and swam the deepest ocean to find the shiniest pearls. Okay, maybe with a little help from papa and few clicks of the mouse... hehehehe

This, my friends, will be the most insightful words you will ever read.

A Gaggle of Babies

Papa has just received this awesome video. Well, if there’s a baby involved, the video should be good. And if there are 4 of them, it’s going to be AWESOME!! … hihihihi.

You’ve got to watch this, and turn up the volume. Simply the best for my readers … just watch.

Sleep induced

I’ve been trying all this while to prevent this entry from ever coming to the light of day. I’ve used every trick in the baby’s book, from crying to crying loudly, but papa is adamant on me to put this up.

Papa seems to be documenting my sleeping habits. I’m a baby, so I can sleep anywhere I want, whenever I want….sheezzzz.

Note to self: To hide papa’s camera when going to sleep.

Note to self: To take away mama’s camera phone when going to sleep too.

Turtles!

I went to Pasar Tani in JB recently. It's the sort of thing mama would do on a Saturday morning, bringing Tok Din and Nek Jah along. Or is the other way around? Well, Tok Din is just happy to be driving since he likes this sort of driving adventure.

Well, to make a story short, that day, a stall was selling turtles! I've never seen one firsthand, but that day one was crawling on my hand!
,

It was scary yet fun. More of the ticklish fun... hihihi.

Meet my twin brother

Look at what mama did. She cut off my beautiful locks and now I looked like a boy. And that’s not just me saying, an aunty came by to sell stuff, and she commented that mama had 2 boys and a girl. Well, I could scream there and then.

Later, papa came home and noticed my new do. He started calling me a baby boy. And then big bro started to follow papa in calling me a boy. I just smiled and pretended that it was funny… which is NOT!

Do I really look like a boy?

Don’t answer … I don’t want to know.

Sick Day!

Yesterday was a bad day. Well, mama and big sis started vomiting the night before, big bro started his regurgitation in the morning, I started getting the LBMs afterwards. Only papa went on through the day with full power.

Papa had to wash the bedsheets (big sis) and carpet (big bro) and clean/mop the floor a few times. Lucky, today was a school holiday. All of us had to forego a Science Centre trip just to get well.

Wish my family well, kayyyy.
