Dull Days

Mornings are now so dreary. My big bro and sis have started going to what mama called school. Every morning, I see them in their smart matching clothes and their bags going out with papa, leaving me all alone with mama. Without big bro and sis, it’s quiet nowadays. Too quiet for my liking. Usually, there will be a loud ruckus made by sis and bro and me. We would play “bear-hugs” and “where’s the baby?” Now, after breakfast, mama will put me in the cot and I entertain myself with the toys inside. Where’s the fun in that?
